Raw Food Alone Is Not Enough, For Improved Health You Need To Exercise
One of the great things about a low-fat raw food diet is that you have more energy. Make sure that you use that energy for some exercise. Whether it’s walking, running, cycling, stretching, bodyweight exercises,etc., get some movement in everyday. This is one of the keys to improved health, getting the heart and lungs activated, which improves circulation and the body’s ability to remove toxic waste.
Corn and Spinach Guacamole and Apple Pie
Here are the recipe ingredients:
Corn and Spinach Guacamole
5 ears of fresh corn ( get a big bowl, hold the corn in the center and slice off niblets, be careful)
10 -15 campari or other tomatoes chopped (experiment)
1/2 sweet onion chopped
5 sun-dried tomatoes minced
1/3 – 1/2 pound of organic spinach chopped
juice of 1 1/2 lemon mixed with 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt free chili powder
2 ripe avocados chopped
Mix all the above ingredients and enjoy!
Raw Apple Pie Crust
1 1/2 cup of pitted Medjool Dates
5 dried Turkish Figs
1 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
5 drops vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Process above and press into pie dish
Filling
7 Fuji apples
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon zest ( lemon zest is the outer skin of the lemon the real yellow part, it’s awesome)
1 cup of medjool dates
1/2 cup raisans
Process above and place in crust, garnish with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries to give it more color.
