Try to do some type of physical activity before lunch.  Pick whatever, but get your body moving, it can be something as easy as light stretching or walking, to body weight exercises, or weight lifting. You want to have a big calorie meal at lunch so sweet fruit takes center stage. All sweet fruit and sub-acid fruit are good.  If you feel you need some extra greens lettuces and celery, go ahead, they work well with sweet fruit.
