"If It's A Plant, Eat It, If It Was Made In A Plant, Don't Eat It."

The Best Source of Calories on the Planet

Sometimes in life, the simple things that can change our lives for the better seem to escape our grasp.  For whatever reason, misconstrued ideas, or just the environment we grew up with may hinder our abilities to find the truth which many times is oh so simple and easy to understand.   When it comes to food there is so much information out there, i.e., eat this for better joint function, eat this for better eyesight.  Or we need this nutrient (protein and calcium) for muscle building and strong bones.

From my 30 plus years of dabbling in alternative health care I can unequivocally say that extracting nutrients from whole plant foods will never bring you the health you desire.  I know first hand because I’ve tried many, they don’t work.  So, forget the packaged supplements and get a wide variety of naturally packaged whole plant foods the way nature packaged them.

It only makes common sense which would you rather eat corn chips in a bag (with all the water removed) or some fresh raw corn (with all the fiber and water intact).  Or some raisins (not that raisins are bad) or some fresh whole grapes (with all the fiber and water intact).  You do not have to be a rocket scientist to figure out the way to health.  It’s oh so simple!!  Dead chicken off the grill or some fresh mango, papaya salad, which would you choose?

If you think you need your protein you might go for the chicken.  Well, mango and papaya supply protein as well, enough to keep your protein at optimum levels.  Just be sure to eat enough fruit, satiate yourself with this rocket fuel for the human body.

SIMPLY put, if you’re hungry and feel you need some protein for energy, YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH FRUIT.

However, there is a problem with eating a lot of fruit, IF,  you are still consuming ANIMAL Foods (meat, chicken, fish, dairy) and refined processed oils, which are 100% fat with all the fiber, water and other nutrients totally removed.  FRUIT and FAT DO NOT MIX, you will experience problems with THE best food on the planet, if, you continue to consume overt FATS.

I am not against nuts and seeds and avocados in small doses, maybe once or twice a week.  Personally, I am off all overt fats and my health continues to get better each day.

Make the RAW lifestyle delicious!
