DINNER RECIPES

Start dinner with some acid or sub-acid fruit. Fruits like citrus, mango or papaya work well and can be mixed with greens as raw soups.  Or just eat the fruit on it’s own.  When you start dinner with fruit you’re adding some calories to make sure you’re not going to be craving sweets after dinner.  For the main course a huge vegetable salad is best, with leafy greens taking center stage.  For the dressing you can use avocado, nuts and seeds. Nuts and seeds mix well with citrus as a dressing, but not with sweet fruit. Avocado can be mixed with tomatoes and lemon or lime juice.  But, remember fats are used only occasionally (a few times a week) and if your body is experiencing detox symptoms, none at all.
