Start your day hydrating with distilled water.  Do one of the following: calisthenics, walking, running or stretching.  After your brief exercise it’s time for the juicy fruits.  Watermelon, pineapple, mango, peaches, papaya, citrus or other watery fruits.  If you have a very active day planned you can also have some sweet fruit (banana, persimmon, sapote, fig, etc.) for added calories, but make sure you wait at least 20 – 30 minutes after eating the juicy fruits before moving on to sweet fruits, for optimum digestion.
